Our Services

    • Our services are offered primarily to people with the following needs: mental health, learning disability and physical disability.

    • Our aims and objectives guide us to provide exceptional provision for our service users and offer a valuable service to our key partners.

     

     

    Aims:

     

    • To support vulnerable people in their own homes whilst acknowledging their personal lifestyle and choices.
    • To enable vulnerable people to do as much as possible for themselves through reablement and support.
    • To work in partnership with families, carers and other professionals in the provision of care.
    • To enable individuals to maintain maximum independence within their home.
    • To operate within Devana Care’s policies, guidelines and procedures, and to meet the requirements of our Care Quality Commission registration.

     

    Objectives:

     

    • To provide services to meet an individual’s assessed need, in partnership with care managers and other professionals.
    • To review and monitor quality standards, and to address any issues of concern and complaint.
    • To train and develop staff skills and knowledge.
    • To recognise and respond to diversity of backgrounds and needs of service users and staff.
    • To work within all current health and safety legislation.
    • To support vulnerable people by the management and deployment of skilled staff teams who are flexible in their approach to the different conditions under which service users live, sensitive to the disabilities, needs, and cultural background of all service users, and aware of the range and purpose of other services provided.
